I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Taihu lake. The staff were friendly, helpful, and could speak English well. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had lots of fresh fruit and cheese, although the pastries were a bit dry. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice swimming pool and a gym with very good equipment. I enjoyed using the free bike rental service to explore the beautiful location next door.

The hotel had a great location close to the lake with beautiful surroundings. the staff was friendly and provided us with excellent service. We also enjoyed the modern and clean facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool.

There were a lot of maintenance issues with some areas being out of use, such as the outdoor pool.

Smooth check-in, helpful staff, free upgrade, executive lounge with kind and thoughtful team, hand written card and bottle of wine, clean and modern hotel.

This hotel is a true haven of luxury with exclusive amenities that exceed expectations. the staff is professional, polite, and always ready to help. the spa and wellness center is exquisite, and the indoor swimming pool is heated and relaxing. the plunge pool offers an extra layer of luxury that makes anyone feel pampered. With sun loungers and beach umbrellas at every turn, guests can lounge in the garden area and unwind from the stresses of life.

the seasonal outdoor pool was out of service during my visit, but with so many other amenities available at this hotel, it did not detract from my experience.

Located near Taihu lake, this hotel offers a peaceful and beautiful environment. the next-door Chinese restaurant serves delicious food. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern with excellent service. the breakfast buffet has fresh fruit and tasty pancakes and waffles. the fitness center is well-equipped, and the sauna and steam room are refreshing.

Some of the facilities like the ice cream station and lobby bar were not always staffed efficiently.

What an amazing weekend! The rooms were clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the plentiful breakfast and speedy service. The hotel's amenities were definitely a plus and made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor pool was refreshing and the gym had great equipment. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

Our check-in experience left a lot to be desired. We arrived early but had to wait until the late afternoon for our rooms to be ready.
